90 hour pre-license course which is required for getting a real estate license in the state of Oklahoma. This is the course that you would select if you are NOT currently licensed and you’re interested in getting into the real estate industry. The course touches on the basics of real estate in your state, from vocabulary to state and federal laws, and must be completed within 6 months of enrollment.

The OREC offices are open but contact via email or phone is preferred. Applications should be fill out on OREC's new website (oklahoma.gov/orec) or mailed in OR scanned and emailed to Keila@orec.ok.gov along with a copy of the course certificate. We suggest scheduling a time with a bank/tag agency/title co/etc to have the application notarized. Notary is not needed for the online submission, only for mailed or emailed applications.

Fingerprinting and PSI testing are going on as normal.
